Microsoft Store Job Shadow

On July 1, we had four young men tour the Microsoft store at Oak Park Mall. Matt Streeter arranged the meeting, Lindsey Huckeby coordinated it, and Erik shared how Microsoft's goal is to enable people and businesses throughout the world to realize their full potential.

Erik showed us the store, shared Microsoft's business plan, answered all of our questions, and even let us play Xbox for a break! As you can imagine, the four young men loved the hands-on experience and learning from a guy who stressed that it is not where you come from, but the hard work and excellence you put forth in every day! We loved it!
